CT-Vernon Railtrail box #1 damaged!!!!!

Vernon Rails to trails letterbox by Team Weems is
damaged. BOx #1 was left open filled with water which
mixed with the ink, also left uncovered, and ruined
the log book!!!!! The stamp is fine. I stamped my log
book with it. Boxes 2 and 3 were also open but not
damaged. Sorry to bear the bad news.
